Tokio Marine Highland’s Private Flood Division President, Lauren Savage, was named Wednesday as one of Business Insurance magazine’s 2025 Women to Watch.
In its 20th year, the Business Insurance 2025 Women to Watch winners include 25 female insurance leaders from across the country. An awards ceremony in November will recognize their contributions to the industry.
“Lauren is truly a force in insurance, and her leadership, deep underwriting knowledge, and expertise have led to continued growth and innovation in TMH’s Private Flood Division,” said Steve Prymas, CEO of Tokio Marine Highland. “She has achieved a tremendous amount in her 20 years in the industry, and I look forward to seeing her accomplishments over the next two decades.”

Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Risk Management from Florida State University, as well as a variety of licenses, designations and certifications including a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), an Associate in Reinsurance (Are), an Associate in Surplus Lines Insurance (ASLI) and an Associate in National Flood Insurance (ANFI).
