Ray Oral

Chief Operating Officer Ray Oral is responsible for business transformation, technology, and cyber security at Tokio Marine Highland. Ray joined the company in 2026 and has more than 40 years of experience driving digital innovation and operational excellence in the insurance, banking and technology industries.

Prior to his work with Tokio Marine Highland, Ray held senior leadership positions at CNA Insurance, ABN AMRO/La Salle Bank, and Hiscox USA.

As Chief Information Officer at CNA, Ray led complex IT and claims-system initiatives, and at Hiscox he guided the company’s U.S. technology team as Chief Technology Officer.

Ray has served as an advisory board member for multiple major technology companies, start-ups, and nonprofits.
