Colin Quinn serves as Director of Claims Management for Tokio Marine Highland’s Fine Art Division. With 15 years of claims management experience, Colin joined Tokio Marine Highland from AXA Art Americas, where he was VP Director of Claims Management from 2010 to 2020. At AXA Art, he reported directly to the CEO and led the claims management department. He strategically conferred with the CEO, CFO and executive board of directors to insure sound financial reporting. The company’s clients included art galleries, museums, corporate collectors and high-net-worth individuals.
Prior to AXA Art, Colin worked at Rockville Risk Management, as VP Claims Manager. He was responsible for managing the construction program and business development for the $5 million claims adjustment company. In addition, he successfully managed contractors general liability and workers’ compensation programs.
Colin has a Bachelor of Arts in History from St. Francis College and a Master of Arts in European History from St. John’s University.
