We are in search of a Treasury Manager to lead cash management and accounting efforts. Including performing general ledger functions such as preparing and reviewing journal entries, generating timely financial management reports and reconciliations while working with internal and external stakeholders. This position will be accountable for delivery of cash forecasting and analysis, while identifying areas for process improvements.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing\approving all incoming and outgoing funds
- Cash forecasting of expected spend for a six-month rolling period
- Prepare tax entries and roll forward report
- Prepare property tax filings
- Perform ongoing review of the company’s trial balance to ensure that all reconciliations for 70+ bank accounts have been completed, and any reconciling items are addressed in timely manner
- Preparation of journal entries for amortization of prepaid expenses, expense accruals and depreciation
- Fixed asset acquisition analysis and reporting
- Review expenses entered by the accounts payable staff accountant, which includes reviewing employee expense reports for T&E policy compliance and correct coding
- Assume responsibility for month-end and year-end close activities including timely completion of monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested
- Collaborate with accounting team to facilitate upgraded general ledger system transition
- Responsible for overseeing accounts payable team, filing escheatment’s and 1099’s Strategic
- Leverage technology to automate and streamline processes and reporting
- Collaborate with accounting staff across the wider Tokio Marine enterprise

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Accounting or Finance with professional designation preferred
- Five+ years of supervisory experience
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of the organization
- Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with accounting system implementation preferred
- ERP experience preferably Workday
